Disney•Pixar has released the first teaser trailer for Finding Dory, the long-awaited sequel to Finding Nemo! It’s short and sweet, with sleep-swimming and Dory marveling at the fact that she remembers something for the first time… if only she could remember what she remembered. And really, that’s all you need.
The synopsis is brief, but again, we don’t need to know much beyond Ellen DeGeneres reprising the mix of oddball and sadness that she brought to the role in Finding Nemo:
Disney•Pixar’s Finding Dory reunites everyone’s favorite forgetful blue tang, Dory, with her friends Nemo and Marlin on a search for answers about her past. What can she remember? Who are her parents? And where did she learn to speak Whale?

Finding Nemo is my all-time favorite animated film. So I’m kind of excited about a sequel, but nervous because it couldn’t possibly be as good. You can’t improve on perfsction.
